Becoming Yourself: what is actually inside the four-month program

Programs in this field are usually described in feelings. Here is the structure instead, so you can judge it before you pay for it.

Month one — what you are actually saying to yourself

You write down the sentence you repeat most about yourself. Most people find something like I am not good with money or I always start and never finish. You did not choose that sentence; you inherited it. The first month is spent catching it in the act and swapping it for one you would say out loud to a friend.

Month two — what you actually want

Harder than it sounds, because most goals people bring are somebody else's. This month strips the borrowed ones out. What is left is usually smaller, clearer and far more motivating than what you walked in with.

Month three — the part where life interferes

Everyone's third month is the same: the plan meets a normal, difficult week. This is the month the program earns its money, because the work is not making a plan, it is keeping one when nothing is going your way.

Month four — making it yours

The aim is that you do not need us afterwards. By the fourth month you are running the structure yourself and we are mostly watching. If you still need us at the end, we did it wrong.

Who this is not for

Anyone in acute distress, anyone looking for a guaranteed financial outcome, and anyone who wants this done to them rather than with them. We will say so in the free call rather than after you have paid.

Common questions

How long is each session?

Sessions are roughly an hour, with agreed contact in between. The between-contact is the part that makes the difference.

Is it online or in person?

Both work. Online is more consistent for most people because it survives a busy week; in person is stronger at the start and at the end.

What happens after four months?

Nothing automatic. There is no rolling subscription and nothing renews unless you ask for it.

Still not sure? The fifteen-minute discovery call is free, and it is a real conversation rather than a sales call. You will get a straight answer about whether this is for you — including when it is not.
